The best food co-op I have ever visited. Great wine, cheese, produce and bulk foods. They sell meat also. Upstairs is a dining area and gift shop.

Delicious premade meals pastries coffee plants produce and more! 10/10 recommend. It's small but packs a punch. Stop for ham and cheese croissant as you stroll downtown or the river walk

Our favorite natural foods grocery store. The Co-op has a deli, ice cream, coffee and juice/smoothie bar. Upstairs is a sweet gift shop. Their smoked salmon spread is reason enough to go! (You can find the salmon spread in the case to the right of the butcher counter.)
