Faversham has outdoor pools for kids and adults. At weekends it's a nightmare though with huge queues. As it's summer holidays it will always be busy but if you got there early would be fine. For indoor swimming Kingsmead in Canterbury is good and has a little pool suitable for toddlers, but boring for older kids. In Deal there's Tides which has slides and a wave machine (neither particularly amazing but good for a rainy day - check the times though as it's not all day)

We like Faversham Pools because it is a bit quieter than Canterbury. In the summer, there is an outdoor pool and in winter, there are lanes in the inside pool. We combine swimming and lunch at Ask

There’s an amazing lido at Faversham Pools. It’s currently open for swimming on Tues/Thurs evenings (booking required) but from the 1st May it’s fully open. There’s also a baby pool and water rapids outside and two decent indoor pools.
