For over a hundred years, almost every town had one on Main Street - The General Store. Much more than a place to get food and other necessities, it was a place were neighbors met and the owners knew every customer's name. That tradition continues at The Emporium General Store on Main Street in beautiful, historic New Castle, Virginia.

Great selection of items you don’t see at many places. Good selection of craft and micro brews and other unique beverages. Only 10 minutes away from the cabin.

Old Country general store feel, the store Carries hard to find vintage style items. The stores owner Phil is a wealth of knowledge and great to talk too!
