Take a jet boat ride up the river from Hawks Nest state park. It’s a beautiful view of the gorge! You may want to call ahead but can probably show up last minute for tickets.

New River Jetboats, located at Hawks Nest State Park, is a great way to see the New River Gorge Bridge. Climb aboard “Miss M. Rocks” for an upstream run and a magnificent view of the New River Gorge Bridge. Extended fall season. Kids under 4 free.
