Il Tempio di Minerva Medica è un edificio storico situato su un colle all'interno di un piccolo boschetto di lecci nei pressi del paese di Montefoscoli. Fu eretto intorno al 1822 per volontà di Andrea Vaccà Berlinghieri, medico e luminare dell'Università di Pisa. L'intenzione era di dedicare un monumento al padre Francesco, anch'egli medico, celebrandone anche la professione con una dedica alla dea della medicina Minerva. Su richiesta è possibile visitarlo anche internamente
