Food is as basic as it gets (fried and in baskets), but the views are wide, gorgeous and democratic: you don't have to be a member to sit outside on the deck and watch progress on the New Tappan Zee Bridge at sunset. Plus, you can get a gin and tonic in a plastic cup. Cheap but a local scene.
