The Staten Island Zoo is an 8-acre urban zoo in West New Brighton, Staten Island, New York City. The zoo is open year-round except on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. It has been accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums since 1988. The hours are 10AM - 4:45PM, every day. General Admissions is $10 (Ages 15+), Children's are $6 (Ages 3-14, 2 and under is Free), and Seniors' are $7 (Ages 60+). Admissions is FREE for all on Wednesdays from 2PM to 4PM!

This is a very beautiful place to visit and it is family friendly.

Great place to visit. Has a small petting area for younger children. Full of different exhibitions.
