These roasters know their craft and work on the details to hone the big flavors of their coffee without losing sight of a solid cuppa joe. You can buy roasted whole beans (or ground) from all over the world, or you can sit in their small roasting area at mismatched tables and chairs to do work or to join one of their coffee "cupping" events (Like a wine tasting for coffee) that occur every second Friday of the month. They serve fresh coffee of all kinds and you can get anything from a n espresso to a pour over and beyond. This is definitely a hidden gem as it is in a warehouse district and often obscured by a tractor trailer parked on the street out front, but do not pass it up!
