An amazing restaurant with experiment friendly chefs. They can make a vegan pizza with cashew cheese if you want to request them. They also use rice flour if you ask them for the pizza base so you can even have a glutenfree pizza. They also have a store which keeps stuff made by and NGO ‘Help in Suffering’ which takes care of animals which are abandoned or injured.

Zolocrust, a 24x7 Bakery and Pizzeria, is a bold and unconventional concept in Clarks Amer, Jaipur. Zolocrust is the first of its kind in India, where chefs are at the forefront and always at the guests’ service. The chefs do everything from taking orders, preparing it, serving, cleaning, and even dishwashing. Zolocrust, 24-hour cafe in Jaipur, with its live kitchen does not have a back area, mainly to ensure that even the dishwashing area is kept open for everyone’s eyes. With a fully equipped poly-house (within the hotel campus) where most of the vegetables used (all the rocket leaves, cherry tomatoes, basil, and broccoli) are grown, guests can rest assured of the freshness of what they’re eating at Zolocrust, 24 Hour Cafe in Jaipur.
