Some restaurants are massively enhanced by the space they’re in. Londrino is one of these restaurants, not least because this silver-tiled-room-complete-with-engine-chandelier looks a bit like a spaceship. Some of the food here feels a bit space-age as well. Modern Portuguese is the best and least helpful way we could describe it. Things like crab foie, a liquid essence of crab, are unusual and tasty in equal measure. The same goes for the whole duck. Not everything hits the mark here, but it’s good date spot if you’re looking for something a bit different. It’s also a nice place to fall back on if you just want to grab a few snacks at the bar with some drinks.
