Often quoted as the prettiest village in England, Castle Combe is a South Cotswolds gem. There are also very scenic walks around this village in beautiful woodland. There are good pubs and a restaurant with 2 Michelin *s.

In Wiltshire not Gloucestershire but if you haven’t been there before it’s worth a visit. Whilst out that way visit Lacock too. Both villages have been used a film sets over the years.
