super super typical roman restaurant.. people are friendly and pro. stringozzi allo stracotto is a must (pasta) and all the home made grappas are super. hidden and cheap.

Gallo brillo is the restaurant of an old friend of mine, Stefano. You can tell him you come from Sistina 107/Giovanni Segre and he will make you a special price. Gallo brillo offers traditional roman plates but with a touch of modernity that is really good. try mussels as appetisers!
