Walk straight up the concrete steps to lovely bar and cafes (or take the lift up which is by the rose garden...by following the concrete path, its to your left if you have your back to the sea)

Visit the Port, check out the beautiful sandy bay, the Rose Garden is a must-see, especially for photography in the summer. There is also a penguin sight-see at dusk (shhhh) visitors must be very still and quiet and view from the road (at the bottom of the Port Loop Road) where the sand meets the sea. Please google the best time of year for viewing. Dress very warm.
