Bodflour was founded with one simple goal: to give people the license to enjoy bread again. Good, fresh bread doesn't exist without good, fresh flour. Danishes, breads - rye, sourdough, baguette, bagels, English muffins, Challah, brownies, cookies, muffins, biscotti, granola - small bath made and crazy good.

Brodflour bakes artisanal sourdough and rye made with heritage ancient grain from local farmers they mill on-site. The made-up portmanteau of a name combines the word “flour” with the word for “bread,” an indication of the concept’s Scandinavian influence.

Excellent bakery - be sure to try their toast with butter and wild berry jam, along with their cardamom rolls!
