The SkyBar is located in the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, and offers the best lookout over town.

If you are in the area, take the elevator up to Radisson Blu Plaza Hotels Sky bar. Located on the 34th floor it gives you a really nice view of the capital!

Marvellous view over Oslo. You can even take the glass elevator up on the outside of the building - for the brave ones.
