The views of the city over the lake are amazing in the fall. There are multiple restaurants, shops, breweries nearby too that make the day. Take a walk around the 2.5 mile lake and see great neighborhoods all around it. Visit Joyride Brewery or the Edgewater Public Market for a great meal and craft beer. The best Thai around is US Thai in Edgewater. On the South side of the lake is a Alamo Theatre house and some other great options for food and drink like, The Patio, Odell Brewery, or Sloans Lake Tap and Burger.

This is a wonderful area to go for a walk. It has views of the mountains and down town. You can also bike and rollerblade.

2.5 mile loop around the lake where you will see tons of runners, dog walkers, bikers, roller bladers and more. Beautiful views
