In this ice cream shop the laboratory is open to view and while you decide what to take you can observe the production . The classic flavors are excellent, but also the extravagant ones such as rosemary, honey and lemon, and the strawberry sorbet with champagne are a temptation.

If you visit "Piazza Navona", I recommend an ice cream parlor in one of the most fascinating streets of the historic center, full of antique dealers and craft shops. This oasis of taste appears in an alley in via dei Coronari, an ideal destination for those who appreciate elaborate tastes and eccentric flavors. A grocery store, a laboratory (on sight) of blends where perhaps you will be hesitant to come across pumpkin and amaretto, pear and ginger, sacher cake, sage and raspberry or rosemary, honey and lemon. There are also more classic flavors such as hazelnut, Bronte pistachio and Avola almond. Let yourself be conquered by the spicy flavors, the texture is superfine and the taste involves mind and body. Best gelato in Rome. With typical flavors and more wild ones (think thyme, rosemerry, etc) this is one of our favourites. Tables to sit at and watch them make gelato.
