If you time your stay right you could join in goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

This home is situated on the river, offering a private setting with quick access to other amenities. It’s only 5 miles to I70, 3 miles to Indiana State University, 7 miles to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and 6 miles to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. It’s also just half a mile away from The Landing. The home features a full kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Come and relax at Katherine's Cozy Bungalow! We have a THREE BEDROOM home! All beds are QUEEN! We are located in a quite, well maintained neighborhood! It's so beautiful with all the tree's! It does not feel like you're in the city! There are no railroad tracks or businesses in our neighborhood! Also, we do have stairs up to our home and the washer and dryer are in the basement! I feel that is important to know! At checkout we only ask that you lock the door and put the key back!
