You can certainly drive to get around but parking is limited. The studio is in walking distance to nearby restaurants. There is also a trolley stop located in the front of the property.

All units are disinfected with a fogger after a guest leaves and again after the room has been cleaned. We also expect our guests to use best practices when it comes to self-protection and social distancing. All guests use only the attached balcony or the deck area directly in front of their own unit.

- This is a NON- smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks and per the Laguna Beach smoking ordinance
- Please be courteous to our neighbors. Throwing parties, showing a lack of decorum or creating loud, disruptive noise will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave.

Because many people ask:

1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full aount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3. The studio comes with the linens, towels, soaps, etc. that are present when you arrive. They are not replenished during your stay. Beach towels are not provided.

4. I can not send you any more pictures.

5. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

6. Please do not plug the heater into an outlet that has another appliance plugged into it. This will have a higher likelihood of triggering the circuit breaker causing loss of power.
