Savor breakfast from the covered shade of the wooden balcony, reclining on cushioned chairs as the light reflects off the ocean beyond. The many rooms of the villa hold plenty of enjoyable distractions, from the foosball table to a digital entertainment system that includes media room and sound system. Alfresco barbecuing in the twilight hours with a cool drink by your side is always an option.

This villa is located in one of the country’s best-regarded seaside communities, with Las Catalinas being pedestrian-friendly, motor-free, and offering spa amenities. Just down the coastline is the renowned Las Baulas Natural Reserve, which offers unparalleled scuba diving, forest trails and wildlife encounters, including the famous leatherback turtle. The nearby sandy expanses of the Playa Prieta are picture-perfect for a romantic sunset stroll, with the cosy bars and intimate restaurants of Potrero just a short drive away.

Although the house boasts a private swimming pool, you can enjoy additional amenities at the Beach Club for an entry fee, including various pools, dining options, a cocktail bar, and more.
Beachclub Entry Fees:

> Child Pass (ages 8 to 12): USD 15 + 13% VAT, with $10 credit for consumables. Children under 8 have free entry with limited access.
> Non-Member LC Pass: USD 30 + 13% VAT, with $15 credit for consumables. Reservations are required. Only accessible to guests staying within the LC community!
> Swim & Gym Pass: USD 20 + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am. Ideal for early risers! Hours may vary, and access is limited.

Parking is available at the Las Catalinas Parking Lot for an extra fee of $15 per night plus 13% tax (as of March 2024). Price is subject to change without previous notice.
