Location is perfect and size of apt is spacious for NYC. Arne was very responsive. Recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city.

LOVED the location! I was able to walk with my daughter to Little Italy, Chinatown, lots of shopping, restaurants and the subway while feeling safe. Check in was easy and communication was quick. Beds were comfy and the heaters worked great. The apartment was clean but it does need a little TLC as the couch/futon was very stained and the floors have issues from the radiators leaking. I would stay again and enjoyed our weekend in NYC.

Arne's place was in a great location and communication was quick. There was one (late) night where we could not get into the door because the doorknob came loose. We called Arne and we was there within 10 minutes to save the day. I do wish the full sized mirror in the photos was in the apartment as we were going to a black tie event and couldn't outfit check before leaving. Apartment stayed warm even with the heat off, very close to subway lines.

The bedroom with the only bathroom had a terrible smell the entire duration, it was so bad I had to sleep in the other room with my male friend because it was disgusting to even enter the room.

Blood on shower curtain, toilet was leaking what I imagine was feces. At first we thought it could have been from our usage until we realized no one used the bathroom in awhile and the smell persisted.

Airbnb has done little to fix the issue, we will deal with American Express
