Greg and Lindie were the perfect hosts and made us feel welcome straight away. They went to a lot of effort to set up the class for us, it was a well thought out and planned experience.

We really enjoyed making the biltong and learning more about the Afrikaans culture. It was great to be given a certificate with the recipe on at the end too.

I would recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing experience learning more about biltong and how it's made.
Greg and Lindie are very welcoming, hosting this experience at their home and making us feel at home too. We learned how to make biltong, including the cuts, curing, and storing, and we tasted some South African sweets at the end.
A vegan option is available, the mushroom biltong surprisingly tastes just like the meat version!
