Me and my sisters went on this hike with Tom and both had an amazing time. The views were beautiful, the hike was challenging enough without being too difficult (but we were definitely glad to be doing it with a guide) Tom was really knowledgeable about the area and was great company on the hike. I would definitely recommend this experience with Tom!

Tom was super helpful, he was very easily reachable. We asked all the questions that we had via Messages and he was able to clarify a lot of things like what to wear and the best way to meet. Also, he was flexible with the time and helped guide us on best transportation methods.
For myself and my sister, we decided to opt to book a cab to meet Tom at the location which might be a bit more of an expensive route to take, then we took the train back and that’s what worked for us best as we were travelling from midtown Manhattan and back there.
We loved Tom’s storytelling and all the details he shared about the track, we also occasionally stopped throughout the track for Tom to explain to us about the plants and the wildlife on the track which made the walk much easier, less intense, and more enjoyable.

I couldn’t recommend Tom or this hike more. An avid hiker and runner, this trail far exceeded my expectations and the views were spectacular. Tom is beyond professional and a true expert with so much knowledge of the area, wildlife, and ecosystems. A “must do” in the area!
