Anita was an expert in her field and a great host. We loved meeting and interacting with the birds. The wine tasting experience was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend as a must when visiting. Just book it!

An extraordinary experience to “meet” and learn about the birds! Anita Wolf, a passionate and knowledgeable Master Falconer, gave us an overview of Falconry, from ancient to modern times, explaining governing regulations & training techniques. We were introduced to her beautiful birds & had the opportunity to hold, fly and admire them close up! A rare and marvelous experience! Included afterwards was an entertaining and educational wine tasting led by the Via Vega Vineyard winemaker and owner Larry Gomez.
