Před 3 týdnyWe truly enjoyed our experience with Gratitude and walked away with a better understanding of Mexican coffee. I loved hearing the stories of how they began roasting and getting the opportunity to taste different roasts with each brew. The cookie snacks were delicious and paired perfectly with the cafe. Thank you so much! We have been enjoying the coffee beans at home and memories of our experience as we sip.

března 2024Beautiful experience with a truly wonderful person. Very educating. I would send everyone coming to La Paz to enjoy this experience. My favorite touch was the “geeked out” window of coffee physic notes.

prosince 2023Sergio gave us a very extensive insight into the complex world of coffee, especially the process of roasting. In addition to the very detailed conversation, we were able to taste coffee in 3 different preparation methods and taste its influence.
Sergio and his wife Gloria are super friendly and it’s just like spending an afternoon with good friends, drinking excellent coffee and learn a little on the way.
If you’re interested in the coffee making process or you just like to drink coffee, this is an experience we highly recommend when you’re visiting La Paz.

ledna 2023I spent the morning with Sergio, the shop's founder and barista, and can't sing his praises enough. Passionate about what he does, knowledgeable, friendly, committed to the craft of coffee. We chatted about the Mexican coffee world, his experiences becoming a barista and opening the shop, how he engages with sourcing beans from across the country, and, of course, tasting all sorts of coffees through different brew methods (pourover, espresso, latte, etc.).
Whether you're just a casual appreciator of a good cuppa joe, or geek out on the specialty coffee world, you'll have a great time. Will absolutely visit again next time I'm in La Paz.
