We had a wonderful ride through the city centre and then out in the country. Enjoyed the morning session where you can see the cheese being made and learn about the process. Perfect way to see the city with a funny and charming host.

We had a great morning biking through the city and the countryside of Parma. Our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the process of cheese making, and our tour was a super unique behind-the-scenes look into this process. We biked 10 miles total, flat and reasonable pace. E-bike was 15 euros extra. Highly recommend!

A delicious and memorable experience! Davide was a great guide through the factory, where he showed us each step of the cheese making process from start to finish. He was clearly passionate about the process and had a relationship with the workers at the factory as well.

The bike ride to and from the factory was very smooth, and it was great to see a little bit of the countryside by bike. It ended up being about 10 miles in total, though some of it was Davide giving a little tour of the city of Parma. A great value for bike and cheese lovers like us!

David was extremely knowledgeable about the process and production of the products. His direction on the bike to and from were clear and it was super easy to ride as a group. We were recommended by someone who did the tour 2 years ago and we would recommend it to anymore making a trip to Parma!
