Lovely evening chasing and finding! the lights near the Finnish border. I was struggling with my camera and Karolis took the time to help. Plus he brought his own much better camera and took beautiful photos for us. Fish stew over campfire was also delicious! This small tour is so much better than the big buses, worth every penny!

Karolis kennt sich aus und macht diese Tour beinahe jeden Tag. Wir fuhren ca. 3h in Richtung finnische Grenze um wolkenloses Gebiet zu finden. Tatsächlich war die Suche erfolgreich und der KP-Index war gut für Sonnenaktivität🥰 Wir durften die Nordlichter bestsunen! Danach gab es ein wärmendes Feuer mit feinem Menu und Süsses👌🏼
Ich würde wieder gehen auch wenn sich die Autofahrt (Rückfahrt) lange anfühlt😅 wir waren um 02:30 Uhr retour in Tromsø.

Karolis did an excellent job with our tour. The weather was not ideal, but he used his expertise to find a good and comfortable spot for us to admire the lights and set up camp for a bit for the snacks and camp fire. He was constantly looking out for the northern lights to let us know when the sky cleared and the northern lights were out. Karolis also made an effort to chat with each one of us, and the small size of the group was perfect. I also found Karolis' humor great, which helped keep the mood very fun. The photos he took and shared with us were great too! It's important to note that it's best to book the tour early on in your trip in Tromsø in case of really bad weather, so that Karolis can offer a different day for a better chance of seeing the northern lights.
