We had a wonderful chili tour with Fernando! He was able to answer all our questions about chilis, curated the food for me as a vegetarian, including finding huitlacoche and special mezcal. Host was friendly and helpful offering advice for the rest of our trip.

This was such a great experience! Fernando was very knowledgable and we got a great historical and cultural overview of Chilis. Making salsa was also such a treat - and the food paired with the salsa was delicious! Overall, this was a great blend of tour, mini-cooking class, and culinary tasting.

My friend and I had a really fun time hanging out with Fernando and learning about the cool things you can do with chillis in cocktails. Highly recommended.

The timing is also perfect to go grab a local meal afterwards.
