Learning about bees with Asta was a lovely experience. She is very attentive and knowledgable, and really takes the time to explain and answer all your questions. She gets to know you and the experience feels very personal. Her easygoing nature made the hands-on portion very calm, even if you’re a little nervous. It’s an engaging way to learn about this fascinating and important insect.

I would recommend this experience to everyone! Asta is very sweet. The way she teaches is very approachable and she is very open to questions.

If you are wondering whether or not to attend this experience…just do it! It was so worth it for my wife and me. Asta was warm, wonderful and full of fascinating information on the life of bees. We felt very safe being fully clad in protective clothing and loved closely examining the hive while searching for the queen. It was an afternoon we wont soon forget😊🐝. Thank you Asta!
