Sarah and Garett were absolutely great hosts for my trip to Denver. Very responsive and friendly. The room itself was also very good, clean, and all around very cozy!

Agree with what previous guests had stated. If you want a quiet, relaxing space this probably isn't it. If you want somewhere walkable with easy access to Denver, good spot. It is truly a basement apartment in an old house. Although very nicely redone and updated, you hear everything, all the time. For our stay, we were hoping for more of a combination space--a place to relax that was also close to things to do. Being woken up by things repeatedly dropped on the floor above and a dog running around and barking wasn't ideal. But, GREAT breakfast spot a few blocks away, we walked almost everywhere from the apartment, and getting an Uber/public transportation was easy.

Ideal basement unit. Well stocked and the hosts are friendly and responsive. Can’t beat the location.
