Tomasso provided us with a peaceful sailing experience to the Fransciscan monastery and a tour of the northern lagoon. He shared stories of the area and insight into Venetian history, both past and present. I would highly recommend this tour!

Very nice experience. Tommaso will adjust the tour based on interest, so as first time visitors to Venice we had a quick picnic on Burano rather than meet with the Franciscan monk. Taking a boat tour offered an excellent way to understand the layout of Venice and its surrounding islands, how they are interconnected, and the enormous feat of creating a world class, ancient, and spectacularly beautiful city on a lagoon from marshland. It is all so incredibly beautiful. Tommaso was an excellent storyteller, personable, and a great captain. Highly recommend!

Lovely tour of the lagoon plus a stop in Burano. Great history of Venice along the way. Boat is definitely on the slower side if that is something you care about, but we enjoyed relaxing on our trip around the lagoon.
