The place was absolutely great but their communication was absolutely horrible. We started the process to change the reservation dates 7 days prior to our check in date. We needed to shorten it by one day. Never got a response at all from them. We worked with Airbnb and eventually got it worked out after they denied it the day after we checked out. They did finally give me a refund for the last day. We followed their protocol to the tee and it was a complete hassle and extremely difficult dealing with them mostly due to no response.
However, we loved the place, the location and it was great!
