Host very unresponsive - did not give door code, place was still being cleaned when we arrived (4:30). Stains on most carpets. Did not provide door code until much after check in. Extremely unresponsive - listing said check out was 11 AM and host told me check out was at 10. After showing screenshot evidence of 11 AM checkout time, was ignored. Getting in through the community gate was confusing (wasn’t told what we needed). Did not mention there were only two parking spots - community security mentioned we could park around the pond, but host said we could park 2 miles away and find our way back to the house. All in all, nice spot but hosts were unaccommodating and difficult.
