Wow!! We had the BEST day yesterday with Pambos 🤗 I understand why all the reviews are amazing. Pambos’ place is so special, it’s a real authentic, beautiful experience of cooking with such a funny, knowledgeable, great guy and eating all together. We laughed all afternoon long 🤗. The ingredients are all so fresh, the food so delicious, we loved the outdoor kitchen vibe and the decor too. Thank you Pambos we can’t wait to come back next year and try another class! 🤗

Beautiful venue deep in the heart of the countryside.Pambos’ detailed guidance was essential in arriving into the deep valley. Fascinating insights gained from Pambos’ descriptions of the history, culture demographics and trends in the development of today’s Cyprus.
Very generous lunch of varieties of halloumi , illustrating the variations between goat, sheep and cow origins .
Useful tips on buying the best accredited brands and variations in maturity and tastes. It was fun cooking halloumi wraps for lunch, and sesame and spice rolled sticks great for parties and snacks. If we had chatted less, Pambos would have enhanced our repertoire further with halloumi ‘muffins’ ! Thank you for a unique experience

My son and I joined Pambos and 2 other guests this morning for a lovely walk in the mountains. Pambos is great company and is stuffed full of interesting local facts and stories. He kept us engaged for the whole 3 hours. Pambos is extremely accommodating and lots of fun. I would definitely recommend the experience.
