Marco was a great communicator when initially reaching out to us to confirm arrival time and meeting point. Although we spent quite a bit of time on the water, Marco rode slowly so that we could enjoy the various sites and would point us areas of interest with some history. His knowledge of Venice and of its buildings was impressive. Our stops on the island, especially on Murano was a bit short but we still managed to get a great demonstration of how Murano glass is blown and we had the opportunity for a short shopping spree. The stop in Torchello was a find for us and we had a lovely lunch in Burano. If you are keen to shop, Burano is your place with lovely cashmere, lace, linens of all kinds. The boat itself was also impressive and having a maximum of 10 people was perfect. We loved the special touch that Marco provided with sandwiches and prosecco as we were going from island to island. In all, it was a full day (10 am to 4 pm) and the time flew by. We would highly recommend.

We loved Marco’s boat and his love for Venice and the islands. He took us across some semi rough waters to get to Murano but it was seamless. Provided us with some snacks and Prosecco and made the trip fun! He had stories to tell about each of the islands and the lagoon. Very informative and private with only 8 people. Thank you Marco!!

An absolutely tremendous boat trip! So special to experience the islands, and have lunch on Burano! Marco’s boat was stunning and it was so refreshing to be on the water with Venice being so busy!! The islands were much more calm. Marco was also willing to change our pick up location which helped a lot!!

Marco helped us island hop at a leisurely pace. The sites he pointed out along the way were very interesting and not places you could have easily accessed on your own. We were able to spend as much time as we wished at each island. The final stop for lunch was top notch and made it hard to leave.
