Brigita was extremely knowledgeable about race walking and fitness in general. As I was injured and prevented from running or jogging, she made proper accommodations for the level of my ability. She also had an emphasis on proper warm up and cool down techniques for optimal training & fitness. It was an incredible experience to learn this unique sport first-hand from a true athlete.

After two weeks of travel, we are still talking about how enjoyable this experience was - truly a top highlight of our trip! We were brand new to race walking and Brigita was a clear and patient teacher. Beyond the techniques, she openly shared the highs and lows of training, injury, and being on the world stage. She also gave us insight into life in retirement. We appreciated the 5k run workout; even better was the conversation and connection with Brigita. She was passionate about the sport, a kind person, and we would’ve loved to hang out with her longer. We highly recommend this experience!

We had a wonderful experience - Brigita was very warm, energetic and open to share about her journey as an elite athlete. It was a great way to learn about the sport and test our own abilities with her accessible coaching for all levels. In addition to that, it’s a special way to see Vingis park. Great to do with a group of friends - for locals or visitors. Would do it again!
