Blast off into deep space, literally! Starry Night telescope tour is simply amazing! From galaxies to nebulas right down to our neighboring planets 🪐 Joseph’s knowledge and education added life to what we were witnessing through the 14” reflected telescope. He carefully explained every viewing to us from size, distance and age. Stepping out side of our own galaxy to witnessing the RINGS OF SATURN this event is one not to be missed! His hospitality and friendly nature made it even more memorable. Thank you Joseph for an awesome adventure, see you next spring & may the Schwartz be with you!!

We had an unforgettable stargazing night with Joe on Saturday! Joe has been observing the skies from Murphys for nearly 40 years, and it really shows — his knowledge runs deep, and he shared it with so much heart. Thanks to his careful planning, we saw incredible views of nebulae, galaxies, and star clusters that we had only seen in books before.

Joe took the time to explain what we were seeing and answered all of our questions about the night sky, telescopes, and even physics. It wasn’t just a night of looking through a telescope — it was a hands-on science lesson wrapped in wonder. He’s a natural teacher and truly passionate about what he does. We’re so grateful for the experience and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Joe provided an awesome experience last night. The views were amazing and we were able to see numerous nebulae, galaxies and constellations! We are grateful for the education about astronomy, optics, and more. Joe is passionate on the subject area with deep insight and experience and a wealth of knowledge. He’s a very kind and patient teacher.

Joe is a wonderful host. Just a really neat experience to be in total darkness and see so much of the sky! He explains all the various constellations and nebula and stars. Very knowledgeable! It does get SUPER cold though. Highly recommend bringing a blanket to wrap around yourself and layer!!!
