This review is to say that Gennaro was very helpful. The day of our tour, we couldn’t make it due to train cancellations, Gennaro and I looked at all possible options for us to get there on time to attend the tour to come to a conclusion that it wasn’t possible. I’m grateful for his patience and support on all the back and forth we did and he also gave us a partial refund for what he could (a portion was kept by Airbnb). When we come back to Italy and visit Pompeii we will definitely book a tour with him again. Grazie mille and sorry that we missed your tour, we were looking forward to it.

Lello was an absolute blast of a guide. Very personable and easy to talk to. Super friendly and got many laughs. He also is highly knowledgeable and shares a lot of cool information about Vesuvius as well as other volcanos. I would happily go on a tour with lello again!
