ledna 2025very rewarding experience to have in Japan! if you want to do an activity that is off the beaten path for a Tokyo trip, then I would highly recommend this soba-making class with Masumitsu-san :)

prosince 2024Macky-san is a wonderful host, very communicative! Gave an informative presentation on how soba is made. Both he and Harue-san together helped me make presentable soba noodles! The meal afterwards was delicious and very filling! He even walked me to a great spot to see Mt. Fuji and explain the cultural significance of it. Absolutely recommend the experience!

října 2024This was a fun cultural experience in a unique setting. A good opportunity to be in a less urban setting, as the restaurant is in an agricultural area. The soba master is patient but doesn't speak any English, the guide is helpful here. Masumitsu-san, the guide, is knowledgable, provides good insight into the city, and is happy to answer any questions about this experience or Japan in general.
