We had a great time making ramen - all steps - from broth, to noodles, to toppings. Saburo and team were great!

The evening was a great experience, entertaining, educational, and a lot of fun. Everyone made us feel welcome. Right from the start the conversation was very friendly. After about five mins I felt like we were all friends.

Learning by doing is a great way to cook. The fact that what we were making eventually gets used for the restaurant is very impressive. It’s the real thing we were learning to make.

The pace of the evening was perfect. Lots to do so you don’t feel like you’re left wanting to try each step. At the end the ramen was delicious. And I got a big hug from the chef!

Chef Saburo, his assistant, and his translator Nana were amazing. It was so great to see each step, to help with each step, to ask questions, and to taste everything all together. It was a great experience and I’m so grateful for the opportunity. Highly recommend!
