My husband, Mike, was the first to purchase alpacas in the U.S. in 1984 and has written seven books about these remarkable animals. I founded the Alpaca Fiber Cooperative, and together, we earned the reputation of being 'alpaca pioneers' within the industry. In 2016, we opened our first Airbnb and expanded to seven. It has been a joy to welcome guests from around the world, sharing our farm, garden, and the experience of life with alpacas.

This was our second time visiting the farm and our first stay at the Cottage. It was quaint, peaceful and everything we wanted this trip to be. Julie and Mike always go above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of and have access to experience everything their property has to offer. The farm is magical and it’s so great that they are willing to share a little piece of their love and passion for Alpacas.
