The house was clean; the host was very easy to talk with and attentive. Walmart, Chick-Fil-A, McDonalds, and Chinese food restaurant are all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful and peaceful place to stay. If you are looking to party this is not the house.
If you are looking for a calm, safe, comfortable and clean stay this is the perfect spot.
Evans is a wonderful host. His rules and expectations are clearly communicated but he is still understanding and easy to communicate with.
