Petar's place is a wonderful apartments right on the seashore — only a narrow pedestrian street separates the house from the waterfront. Petar is a very hospitable host: he gave us clear instructions on how to get there and check-in quickly, and welcomed us upon arrival. The apartment had everything for comfort — comfortable beds, kitchen utensils for cooking, and even sun loungers for relaxing by the sea. The cleanliness of the apartments was impeccable. The view from the spacious balcony and the bedroom windows are beautiful. Many plants in the yard creates a cozy atmosphere. We stayed at Petar’s place at the end of September, and it was very quiet around — no noise from cars or restaurants, so you could hear the sound of the waves. The famous picturesque “Rajska cesta” is only a half-hour walk away.

Amazing place! And Petar is a great host, would recommend 10/10.

The apartment has a marvelous location being very central and just a few steps from the sea. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were sun loungers available for our use, and all of the essentials were provided. My partner and I had a great stay and will definitely book again next time we're in Malinska.

The apartman was clean, had much space and was really nice. The sea is a few steps from the house. The centre is around 10 minutes away (on foot) Petar is really nice.
