First of all, the good
Juan is one of the best hosts I have ever dealt with. Super responsive, proactive, courteous, and always keen to help. Every host should be like him.
The area is private land and quite large. It's 17 acres of property. Beautiful nature.

The bad -
The house is super old, super stinky, things are broken, and the sofa covers are so old and have stains everywhere. Washrooms were dirty, and some taps were not working.

My suggestion -
This is a positive suggestion for the host (property owner) - this property is a beautiful property, and the owner can really earn great respect and money if this property gets renovated. There is a big need for renovation. Everything inside should be renovated. Before that, I would say the owner should delist because nobody is going to stay in this.

The outside pool area was perfect! Beautiful yard with ripe mangos. It is about a 10 min drive to the beach and 15-20min drive to restaurants. Wasn’t a bid deal for us since we mostly just hung out by the pool. Suitable for a large group of people.
