So cool to learn how to shuck an oyster in a beautiful, new restaurant. I really loved the atmosphere and Baris was a great host. I left very full and had a fun time with my group. The tour at the end was also a great way to wrap up the whole experience.

I attended this experience as part of my work with Airbnb. Aquarelle is a new restaurant in the East Village with definite style. The owner Baris, tells you about the space and shows you around, then offers you a cocktail before teaching you how to shuck your own oysters to build a seafood tower. The food is really fresh and delicious!
